Print, discuss, keep discreetly

Use your browser’s Print command. Each resource gives its A4 orientation and print settings. Complete it with the people involved, leave irrelevant fields blank and avoid copying sensitive records.

Paper can be misplaced or read by others. Keep completed sheets somewhere useful but not openly accessible, and share only with people who need them.
